Proof that the catalog sucks (as if I did not know it already)

The first item on that search, which yielded 36 results was:
Bosman, Ellen. Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgendered Literature: A Genre Guide. (WorldCat record here).
Because we all know there is nothing scarier than GLBT literature. Hide the children and lock the doors. And by the way, I ordered that book at the end of the last fiscal year to add to our meager GLBT holdings, in spite of some protests from colleagues who said, and I quote, "nobody is ever going to use that." Anyhow, want to know what other "fine" choices the catalog, provided by the fine folks at SissyWhiny, listed? Here goes:
- Rob Davidson, The Master and the Dean: the literary criticism of Henry James and Wiliam Dean Howells (WorldCat record here). Because we just know those two are scary as hell. Thinking about being stuck in some American lit. class having to read, not their fiction mind you, but their criticism is spooky enough.
"The Master and the Dean" sounds a bit BDSM.
A search in my library's catalog brought up The Master and the Dean as well. *shudder*
